A lover of the mind/body/soul connection, As a RYT Yoga teacher, I emphasize the body connection to breath, while creating a safe environment for students to practice yoga. With seven years of training in pranayama, & meditation study, plus five years of practicing yoga in San Diego, I apply my experience to each class, helping students discover their own breath and body awareness during the yoga flow. As an author of self help books and student of the philosophy of yoga, I also remind students to make self-care as part of their daily routine on and off the mat. Our breath is always available at any moment to help us come back to our center. My goal is to encourage yoga practitioners to discover how breath is the anchor to inner well-being in each class & reinstating fundamental daily habits like self-love, nourishing the soul and practicing daily yoga.
