As an E-RYT 500 hour (2000 hours of yoga teaching experience) /500 hour certification, I emphasize the body connection to breath, while creating a safe environment for students to practice yoga. With seven years of training in pranayama prior to my yoga certifications, I love helping others discover the power of their breath, while stretching deep on their yoga mats. I weave in a touch of self-care and self-love reminders into each class, hoping to keep the yogi inspired to keep breathing and stretching their bodies daily. The benefits of mind/body awareness improves our wellbeing and over all sense of self-esteem.
