Yoga Life & Teaching Schedule – SUMMER OFFERINGS 2020
ANNOUNCEMENT- I am beyond thrilled to addEOS Fitness Gym to one of my locations where I teach yoga publicly. I love this gym. I am starting my first yoga teacher date on Monday, March 16th at 11 a.m. in Encinitas, CA. I am looking forward to being part of the EOS team and staff that helps members reach their potential with health goals for 2020.
I recently just completed my 500 hour Yoga certification, while teaching yoga last year. This program revolutionized the way a feel from the inside out. I feel on fire to be alive, to teach yoga, write about wellness. Most of all, I love meeting new yogis/newcomers in 2020. What an honor it is to practice yoga with others as I teach each week.
I teach yoga at the Carlsbad Village Yoga Studio in the heart of Carlsbad Village. I am excited to add a new class to the studio’s schedule this year: HAPPY HOUR Yoga at 5:15 pm every Friday ,a one hour all level flow. Fire up your your weekend by starting off a one hour *All Levels yoga class, with only one goal: to inspire happiness for the beginning of your weekend.
As a RYT Yoga teacher, I emphasize the body connection to breath, while
creating a safe environment for students to practice yoga. With seven years of training in pranayama, & meditation study, plus five years of practicing yoga in San Diego, I apply my experience to each class, helping students discover their own breath and body awareness during the yoga flow. As an author of self-help books and student of the philosophy of yoga, I also remind students to make self-care as part of their daily routine. My goal is to encourage yoga practitioners to discover how their breath is the anchor to inner well-being by weaving in fundamental daily habits like self-love, nourishing the soul and practicing yoga daily. Gentle Stretch Yoga one hour – Enter the Circle of Tuesday & Thursday Gentle Yoga. Calming, relaxing music with a mini-open meditation, this class is designed to help you de-stress, find your inner calm, and walk out feeling lighter in brighter with each step. This class has a devoted following of practitioners that love Carlsbad Village Yoga’s tribe, lifting each other up, while reconnecting with inner-self & each other. I just love this class. Gentle Yoga may not sound that exciting, however, when you breathe deep, stay present inside your body during each asana, it can be a surreal experience. *Did you know that Gentle Yoga helps you lose weight?
