As an E-RYT 200 hour (1000 hours of yoga teaching experience) /500 hour and I emphasize the body connection to breath, while creating a safe environment for students to practice yoga. With seven years of training in pranayama prior to my yoga certifications, I love helping others discover the power of their breath, while stretching deep on their yoga mats. I weave in a touch of self-care and self-love reminders into each class, hoping to keep the yogi inspired to keep breathing and stretching their bodies daily. The benefits of mind/body awareness also helps lift our wellbeing and over all sense of self esteem.
I teach yoga classes at EOS Fitness and Carlsbad Village Yoga and online at YouTube, plus private events and private yoga classes.
My passion is helping others develop a sense of love for their inner wellbeing. I have written five Inspirational nonfiction books on self-care, breathing and beauty. I was over moon to have my very first book receive a lot of publicity for the emphasis on Natural Beauty and health.

Sunday -10 a.m. Gentle Stretch– One hour-(alternating every other week) Gentle Stretch on Sunday’s 10 a.m. class is similar to my Thursday class, but with also emphasis on about 15 minutes of restorative yoga, which will help you feel renewed, refreshed and ready to have a bright Sunday after attending this class yoga class with me.
