I am in my fifth year of podcasting! It’s been an exciting journey of sharing wellness tips, breathing exercises and personal stories from my life. I had no idea when I launched it in 2020, the Pandemic was about to happen. Having this podcast helped me relate to others by sharing my own personal struggles I was dealing with first-hand in San Diego, during 2020/2021. I decided to keep going.
In the year of 2022, The INSPIRED MIND PODCAST landed in the 25% Most Shared Podcasts Around the World. I was shocked and happy to read the news at the end of a wonderful year. I have found much joy sharing my love for life, tips on happiness, yoga, breathing exercises for anxiety, and clips featuring my animals in The Sunshine Club. I hope you come over and listen to the podcast. I wish you well and encourage you to find joy every day. Life can be long or short. We must cultivate little routines that bring us inner joy along the way, helping us to extract more happiness along the way.

At the end of the year, I interviewed my parents, Micky Kay Penn and William Ray Penn, featuring them for their words of wisdom and love and advice on living.
