I am in my fourth year of podcasting. It’s been an exciting journey of sharing wellness tips, breathing exercises and personal stories from my life. I had no idea when I launched it in 2020, the Pandemic was about to happen. Having this podcast helped me relate to others by sharing my own personal struggles I was dealing with first-hand in San Diego, during 2020/2021. I decided to keep going.
In the year of 2022, The INSPIRED MIND PODCAST landed in the 25% Most Shared Podcasts Around the World. I was shocked and happy to read the news at the end of a wonderful year. I have found much joy sharing my love for life, tips on happiness, yoga, breathing exercises for anxiety, and clips featuring my animals in The Sunshine Club.
