HIKE
As a woman, especially during your mid-life years, the best gift you can give yourself is TAKING CARE of your spirit, health and mentality.
One of my favorite exercises is hiking on trails in Rancho Santa Fe. I always wear a hat, good sunscreen and a T-shirt with a high neck to protect my chest area from the sun.
I usually feel a burst of joy when I am finished because I took time for ‘me’ and making my health a priority.
It is so easy to become so busy that we forget to add ourselves to our ‘to-do’ list. I am so happy I did this today. So make sure you remember to do this for yourself, too! My mini HIKE made my day.
