HAPPY SOUL BOOK – October 19th, 2015
What can I say? That this next month I am sharing the most daring and dear thoughts and words to my heart and soul. After almost 20 years, I am finally writing the book I was always meant to write and share.
After discovering Dr. Norman Vincent Peale in my early twenties, my life shifted dramatically and I am still feeling the shift in my world today.
I learned by practicing the power of Biblical scripture had in my own daily life. I memorized Bible verses and positive affirmations, which had a direct link to my inner peace. I found less focus time for negative thoughts and I learned how to apply healthy habits to my schedule. By learning positive new thoughts and suggestions, my inner anxious feeling began to subside and I continued on this path for the next 20 years.

I dedicate this book to Lula Gauss. Although my grandmother passed in 2005, this book is dedicated to her for her little guidepost subscription she bought for me each year during my twenties.
