BELIEVE THERE IS GOOD IN THE WORLD
Remember to keep smiling, be kind and put your best foot forward. Life is our journey to create. So remember to add your own sparkle, be kind to others and to still have faith in this life. My motto in life is to keep a stiff upper lip, be brave, be strong and bring your A Game. What does that mean? It means a lot of different things to different people. But to me, to bring your A Game means to:
Look for the good
Be the good
Add light and smiles
Be light on your feet and not uptight.
If you feel like something is gnawing at your spirits, figure out what it is. But don’t upset others with a downward attitude or a chip on your shoulder. In order to make a difference, we must first start with our own actions. Whether it be a simple as shifting our mood and energy.
If you are agitated about something, maybe there are some things on your t0-do list you are avoiding. Well get busy and do your work.
You will feel better and the world around you will look lighter and brighter.
